One of the first German chronograph wristwatches was a Tutima, built in 1941. Almost nothing has changed.

Tutima Manufacture Glashütte — the building on Altenberger Straße that Dieter Delecate bought in 2005

In 2005, the Delecate family was shown a building in Glashütte. The sign read “I could be yours.” They bought it.

Now they make watches inside it.
