In addition to the manufacture building on Altenberger Straße, Tutima is making room for big ideas. The new production area on Hauptstraße is where the watches for the four new lines are created. Over the past 12 months, the models have been continually refined and elevated—further increasing their high level of fine-mechanical quality. The striking lead model of the new Glashütte collection, the SAXON ONE, asserts its powerful presence at Baselworld 2014. A key highlight is a defining specialty: Tutima’s elaborately engineered central minute counter construction. The stainless-steel watch, with its outstanding case architecture, impresses with additional new details. The bidirectionally rotating bezel features Tutima’s signature red index mark; its deliberately restrained look underscores the model’s exclusive character.
