3. No Tracking, No Cookies

This website uses no cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no third-party trackers. We do not use advertising networks. There is no remarketing, no retargeting, and no profiling.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you access our pages, Cloudflare automatically collects technical access data (so-called server log files). This includes:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested file
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is processed by Cloudflare to ensure the operation and security of the service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website). 5. Web Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Plausible does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. Only anonymized, aggregated access data is collected (e.g. page views, referring domain, country). Individual visitors cannot be identified. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Contact and Concierge Forms

When you send us a request through our contact or concierge form, the information you provide (name, email address, optionally city and message) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Your data will be deleted as soon as your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. After expiry of these periods, the data is routinely deleted.
