Perché questo orologio
The chronograph has a central minute hand — a hand that sweeps from the center of the dial, like the regular minute hand. Most chronograph manufacturers put elapsed minutes on a tiny subdial because driving a hand from the center is harder to engineer. Tutima built the module in-house. Caliber 521. The result: when you're timing something, you read the elapsed minutes the same way you read the time — at a glance, without squinting. Built in Glashütte, Germany's watchmaking capital since 1845. A manufacture-quality chronograph at a price that doesn't require a five-figure decision. A manufacture-quality chronograph from Glashütte, from €3,400.
